Assembler
Successful candidates will have experience utilizing hand tools and other powered equipment to fabricate or alter sheet metal parts. You will assist in setting up or assembling all fabricated parts and components in HVAC assembly departments, including but not limited to bases, walls, fans, coils, doors, filter frames and roof sections. Indoor construction experience working with sheet metal is a PLUS.

Cad Designer
We are looking for a SolidWorks 3D CAD designer to join our team! If you have experience in the SolidWorks design field this position might be for you! Buffalo Air Handling is looking for a professional, accurate, and efficient designer to develop detailed custom air handling unit design drawings for production using Solid Works modeling. Candidates’ tasks will be to draft original 3D subassembly and main assembly drawings while applying our engineering standards. This is a full-time position with the potential for overtime.

Contract Engineer
Responsible for in-house project management including order review, layout and component specification review, and analysis of cost estimates. This position preferably would require knowledge of products and applications for the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Market (HVAC) as well as CAD background.

Mechanical Engineer
The Mechanical Engineer works with the Vice President Engineering in engineering activities associated with the applied HVAC air handling unit design as it pertains to airflow, heat transfer, unit layout, structural support, electrical components and wiring, unit sensors and controls. The Mechanical Engineer shall assume responsibility and accountability for all technical aspects of their assigned projects applied to engineering air handling units

Electrician
Electricians will inspect, test, dismantle, and makes mechanical and electrical repairs to all types of electrical equipment. They perform work requiring a thorough working knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles, shop techniques, the knowledge of properties of materials and the ability to use tools of the trade. Qualified candidates are not “helpers” but are certified subject matter experts.

Industrial Painter
An Industrial Painter uses electro-static, airless and air atomization systems to paint various materials/equipment and sprays foam insulation. The ability to understand the different types of paints, chemicals and mixing materials is essential.
